At Glimcat, customer satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our cat supplies and aim to provide a fair and transparent refund process.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged upon arrival

  • The item is defective

  • You received the wrong product

  • The item is unused and in original condition

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used products

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Hygiene-related products once opened

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email our support team with your order number.

  2. Provide photos (if item is damaged or incorrect).

  3. Wait for return instructions.

Once approved and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is our fault (damaged, defective, incorrect item), we cover return costs.

  • If the return is due to customer preference, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After processing, cancellation may not be possible.
